Infosys Consulting - Europe is looking for a Senior Consultant to join their Agile Transformation team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will support agile transformation engagements and coach teams using frameworks like SAFe, DAD, and LeSS. You will take ownership of client deliverables and advise client leaders.

What you will do

Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels
Undertake Agile coaching engagements including SAFe, DAD, LeSS
Undertake agile delivery engagements as Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product Owner
Support Lean Portfolio Management engagement
Assume ownership for client deliverables
Play advisory role to client leaders and support other consultants

What you bring

2+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience
Expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management
Recognised Agile qualification or certification
Experience of successful delivery via a recognised agile methodology
Proven record of coaching and influencing at team level
Business level fluency in Dutch or German and English C2 proficiency
