As a Senior Consultant Energy - Pricing & Sourcing at Sia, you work on challenging projects for clients in the energy sector. You help improve financial results in sales and sourcing departments and contribute to strategic decisions. Sia is an international consultancy with a hybrid working model based in Amsterdam.

What you will do

  • Work on projects at clients in the energy sector
  • Improve financial results of sales and sourcing departments
  • Define reorganisational improvements
  • Select vendors for relevant IT systems
  • Contribute to investment decisions for new activities or process efficiency
  • Develop the team through strategy, business development, recruitment, knowledge sharing, and training

What you bring

  • Completed Master's Degree with strong analytical skills
  • At least 4 years of experience as a consultant
  • Relevant experience in the commercial domain of the energy sector
  • Familiarity with energy sourcing, pricing, trading, and portfolio management
  • Ability to bring stakeholders together to add value to client business processes
  • English and Dutch communication and presentation skills

Nice to have

  • French and German language skills
  • Experience working as a consultant for an energy supplier or trading organization
  • Knowledge of grid owners and regulators
