About the job

As a Junior Forward Deployed Engineer at Sia, you will work on client sites alongside a senior engineer to build and integrate LLM-based solutions. You'll support user adoption and ensure solutions meet performance and regulatory standards.

What you will do

Learn on client sites with a senior engineer
Build LLM-based solutions like RAG pipelines and agents
Integrate solutions with existing systems using templates
Apply data protection and AI regulations under guidance
Support user adoption through documentation and training
Measure solution performance and suggest improvements

What you bring

Master's degree in computer science, AI, or related field
0 to 2 years of experience or strong projects
Experience building with LLMs
Clean Python coding skills
Comfortable with APIs and system integration
Speaks Dutch and English

Nice to have

Experience with AI frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
Cloud deployment experience
Familiarity with MLOps or LLMOps practices
Understanding of vector databases and embeddings
