Riverflex is looking for a Senior Consultant in Strategy & Transformation to join their Amsterdam team. In this role, you will lead workstreams, build client relationships, and develop digital transformation strategies.

What you will do

Lead and manage workstreams from start to finish
Build and maintain client relationships
Conduct industry and market research
Develop digital transformation strategies
Guide and mentor a team of consultants
Support business development and proposals

What you bring

4-6 years experience at a top-tier consulting firm
Strong understanding of digital technologies
Ability to turn analysis into actionable strategy
Leadership experience
Strong project management skills
Master's degree in business or related field

Nice to have

Dutch language knowledge
