Riverflex is looking for a Senior Consultant in Strategy & Transformation to join their Amsterdam team. In this role, you will lead workstreams, build client relationships, and develop digital transformation strategies.
What you will do
- Lead and manage workstreams from start to finish
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Conduct industry and market research
- Develop digital transformation strategies
- Guide and mentor a team of consultants
- Support business development and proposals
What you bring
- 4-6 years experience at a top-tier consulting firm
- Strong understanding of digital technologies
- Ability to turn analysis into actionable strategy
- Leadership experience
- Strong project management skills
- Master's degree in business or related field
Nice to have
- Dutch language knowledge
