About the job

Riverflex is looking for a Manager to join its Strategy & Transformation team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will lead consulting projects from start to finish and help clients build digital capabilities.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage consulting projects from start to finish
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Conduct research and analysis for business cases and digital capabilities
  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire teams
  • Support business development and proposal writing

What you bring

  • 6-8 years experience at top-tier consulting firm or related field
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale engagements
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends
  • Experience building trust with senior stakeholders
  • Track record in sales and revenue targets
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 minimum)

Nice to have

  • Dutch language knowledge
