Riverflex is looking for a Senior Manager to lead strategy and transformation engagements. You will oversee large-scale projects and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
What you will do
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of large engagements
- Act as primary contact for senior stakeholders
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Drive sales and manage commercial activities
- Lead preparation of high-quality proposals
- Develop new service offerings and methodologies
What you bring
- 8-10 years experience at top-tier consulting firm
- Expertise in digital transformation, AI, or data & analytics
- Proven ability to manage large-scale engagements
- Strong understanding of digital technologies
- Demonstrated experience building trust with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum)
Nice to have
- Dutch language knowledge
