About the job
GIGA STORAGE is looking for a Senior Contract Manager to oversee construction and project contracts for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). You will manage EPC, FIDIC and UAV-GC contracts across the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance and protecting commercial interests.
What you will do
- Manage EPC, FIDIC and UAV-GC contracts across project lifecycle
- Monitor contractual obligations, governance, risk and commercial interests
- Participate in negotiations with suppliers and contractors
- Assess claims, variations, change orders and performance obligations
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- At least 10 years of contract management in complex construction or energy projects
- Experience with EPC contracts and knowledge of FIDIC and UAV-GC
- Experience with international contracts and multidisciplinary environments
- Strong command of English

- Dutch language skills
