Turner & Townsend is looking for a Senior Cost Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management services from feasibility through project completion in Amsterdam. In this role, you act as the primary client and stakeholder contact, developing and maintaining strong relationships.
What you will do
- Lead cost management services from feasibility to project completion
- Act as primary client and stakeholder contact
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, budgets, and commercial reports
- Lead procurement and tendering processes
- Provide contract administration and commercial advice
What you bring
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- 8+ years of cost management or quantity surveying experience
- Experience with complex real estate and construction projects
- Proven client relationship and stakeholder management
- Understanding of procurement, contract administration, and cost control
- Excellent English communication skills; Dutch highly desirable
