About the job
Vio is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their Supply Analytics team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will drive data-informed decisions for supply partners and shape commercial strategy. You'll work in a flexible, remote-friendly environment with an international team.
What you will do
- Define and monitor supply partner KPIs
- Build self-serve dashboards and LLM-powered tools for partnerships managers
- Create business cases and scenarios for commercial negotiations
- Design and run A/B tests for supply-side changes
- Standardize provider performance measurement and communication
- Contribute to analytics best practices and knowledge sharing
What you bring
- 4+ years of hands-on data analysis experience driving commercial or product decisions
- Strong ownership of metrics, reporting, or a business domain end-to-end
- Excellent SQL skills and experience with data models and dashboards (Looker, Tableau or similar)
- Experience building tools or reports for non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable constructing business cases and making clear recommendations
- Working knowledge of A/B testing and basic statistics
Nice to have
- Experience in travel, OTA, or marketplace supply/commercial analytics
- Python for analysis and automation
- Experience supporting commercial negotiations with data
- Experience with agent frameworks or LLM APIs in an analytics context
