About the job
Vio is looking for a Head of Payments to lead the payments strategy and build the 2026–2027 roadmap. In this role, you will manage portfolio approach, local acquiring expansion, and own commercials end-to-end including pricing negotiation. You will also establish performance dashboards and run optimization loops for issuer patterns and decline strategies.

What you bring
- 10+ years in payments (acquiring, PSPs, payment methods)
- Experience designing and scaling multi-PSP setups
- Strong commercial negotiation track record
- Comfortable partnering with engineering on architecture
- Operational understanding of MOR payments at scale
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills
