About the job
Vio is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Platform) to own end-to-end product areas in Amsterdam. You will define strategy, improve commercial metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What you will do
- Own product areas end to end: strategy, roadmap, initiatives, metrics
- Define success measures and ensure product meets quantitative and qualitative goals
- Improve commercial metrics like margin, yield, and conversion
- Discover opportunities and scope initiatives for the squad
- Translate complex challenges into clearly scoped projects
- Collaborate with PMs, analysts, engineers, data scientists, and leadership
What you bring
- 6+ years in product management, or fewer with strong engineering or data background
- Experience owning platform or technical products (price, offer, ranking, match, data feed)
- Data-driven product development and agile methodologies
- Comfortable with APIs, integrations, data models, algorithms, recommendation systems
- Ability to work with data and enable product to produce it
- Influence decision-making at all levels
Nice to have
- Scientific or engineering degree, or equivalent quantitative role experience
- Experience in marketplaces, adtech, game tech, or travel
- Understanding of two-sided marketplace economics
