Senior HR Business Partner - Finance or HR

About the job

Rituals is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to advise and coach the CFO and Finance MT. You will shape the people strategy and drive organizational effectiveness in a global, fast-paced environment.

What you will do

• Shape, align, and execute people and HR strategy in line with business priorities and HR agenda
• Translate people insights, HR data, and dashboards into actions and business decisions
• Implement HR policies, initiatives, and processes for a future-ready Finance or HR organization
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise such as Talent Acquisition, Reward, and Global Service Center

What you bring

• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced, international environment
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders, ideally in corporate or functional domains like Finance
• Ability to advise on organizational effectiveness, talent, performance, and transformation
• Fluency in English
• Reside in the Netherlands and eligible to work there

• Knowledge of Dutch labor law
