What you will do
- Guide managers through employee lifecycle events

- Assist with policy application and guidance

What you bring
- 5+ years of hands-on operational HR experience
- Deep knowledge of Dutch and UK labor law
- Strong attention to detail and process affinity
- Resilient and decisive in fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS like Workday

- Knowledge of additional EU countries' labor laws
