Adyen is looking for a CDD KYC Knowledge & Training Manager to join their Amsterdam team. In this role, you will maintain a single source of truth for knowledge, govern SOP changes, and design training frameworks. You will also uplift QA guidelines and collaborate cross-functionally.

What you will do

Maintain a single source of truth for knowledge
Govern and communicate SOP changes
Design onboarding and continuous training frameworks
Uplift and maintain clear QA guidelines
Design end-to-end QA frameworks
Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams

What you bring

5+ years in CDD/KYC compliance control oversight, governance or QA
Ability to translate complex risk concepts into practical guidance
Experience in knowledge management, training/L&D, or building QA and SOP frameworks
Deep understanding of CDD frameworks and regulatory nuances
Exceptional English communication skills
Strong data analysis skills

Nice to have

Automation-first mindset
Ability to independently assess complex customer profiles
Skill in distinguishing documentation from reasoned assessments
Ability to evaluate completeness and reasoning of risk assessments
