Adyen is looking for a Senior Manager to lead its Digital Workplace team in Amsterdam. You will define the team's vision and guide projects from scoping through rollout, ensuring a secure and scalable SaaS ecosystem.

What you will do

• Establish short- and medium-term vision for the team
• Guide projects from scoping through delivery and rollout
• Coordinate tool launches, migrations, and platform enhancements
• Maintain a secure and scalable SaaS ecosystem
• Champion automation and AI roadmap
• Oversee SaaS vendor relationships and contract renewals

What you bring

• Background leading engineering teams for internal tooling or digital workplace platforms
• Skilled in complex project management
• Experience operating and scaling enterprise collaboration platforms
• Solid architectural understanding of productivity and enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with implementing internal AI/LLM-enabled workflows
• Security-first mindset with IAM and data privacy knowledge
