About the job
Talk360 is looking for a Senior Routing & Call Quality Specialist to own call quality end to end in Amsterdam. You will manage zones, dialing codes, and call origins while updating routing multiple times daily.
What you will do
- Own call quality end to end
- Manage zones, dialing codes, and call origins
- Update routing multiple times daily
- Work cross-functionally with supplier management, monitoring, automation, product, and CRM
- Move routing toward semi-automated processes
What you bring
- Hands-on experience with international A-Z calling and telco routing
- NOC or technical support background troubleshooting live voice traffic
- Exposure to a routing or testing platform such as iTest
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Digitalk Cloud Carrier (DCC)
- Technical literacy in SIP signalling and SBC concepts
