About the job
Talk360 is looking for a People Lead to join their Amsterdam team. In this role, you will manage the full employee lifecycle and advise managers and employees on people-related matters. You'll help maintain a career growth framework and ensure fair salaries while keeping compliance simple.

- Manage full employee lifecycle from attraction to offboarding
- Advise managers and employees on people-related questions

What you bring
- 5+ years HR experience across full employee lifecycle
- Experience in start-up or scale-up environment
- Comfortable with day-to-day HR operations and larger projects
- Recruitment experience or exposure
- High energy and interest in creating a great workplace
- Business acumen for high-performing organization
