Shipping Specialist (Hoofddorp)

Fusion Worldwide is looking for a Shipping Specialist to join their team in Amsterdam. In this onsite role, you will handle receiving, inspecting, and shipping products while ensuring accuracy and quality. You will work in a collaborative environment with a focus on electronic industry standards.
What you will do
- Receive product from freight carriers and inspect for outer damage
- Inspect product against receiving report and inspection lists
- Note exceptions on report and notify supervisor or commodity manager
- Scan barcodes and verify against human-readable text
- Stock and pick product for orders
- Package product for shipment according to Electronic Industry standards
What you bring
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
- Experience with import and export
- Knowledge of UPS, DHL, and FedEx shipping systems and international paperwork
- Fluency in English
- Valid working permit in the Netherlands
