About the job
Leaseweb is looking for a Team Manager for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to lead and develop its AR/AP teams in Amsterdam. You will coordinate daily operations, drive process improvements, and manage key financial metrics.
What you will do
- Lead, coach, mentor and train AR/AP team members
- Coordinate daily operations of AR and AP teams
- Lead collection efforts, monitor ageing reports, enforce credit policies, resolve disputes, forecast cash inflows
- Design, document and improve AR/AP workflows with automation and controls
- Manage KPI dashboard for cash forecast, ageing, DSO/DPO, write-offs
- Support month-end close and cash-flow forecasting
What you bring
- 4–7 years experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable or similar financial role
- Managerial experience leading finance or accounting teams
- Solid understanding of AR and AP processes, credit control, cash management
- Proficiency with financial systems and MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
