What you will do
- Assist Maintenance Manager with maintenance calls
- Conduct building rounds and repair faults
- Maintain outdoor spaces like parking and terrace
- Troubleshoot technical issues such as power outages
- Paint interior and exterior of the building
- Organize workshop and tool rooms

- Technical background with hotel experience
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC
