- Lead and coordinate the Benelux Technical Services team
- Monitor team performance and quality standards
- Support, coach, and develop team members
- Manage operational performance and reporting
- Plan and coordinate team schedules and resources
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, security, and quality standards
What you bring
- Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in logistics, project coordination, or technical service operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office 365, English C1, local language B2
Nice to have
- Experience in data centre, logistics, construction, or industrial environment
- Security management experience
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of TAPA Facility Security Requirements
