Ireckon BV is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries about the Azure Cloud platform and integrated systems. You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain cloud infrastructure.
What you will do
- First point of contact for customer inquiries about Azure Cloud platform and integrated systems
- Provide technical assistance via ticketing systems, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot system performance, connectivity, and integration issues
- Escalate complex issues to Support Analysts or Engineering with documentation
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure, application software, and system tools
- Use Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights to detect anomalies
What you bring
- 2–5 years in technical support or IT operations, preferably in SaaS or cloud environment
- Experience in startup/scale-up environment or startup mindset
- Proficient in managing and monitoring Microsoft Azure environments
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases
- Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
- Expert in creating documentation and simplifying technical processes
Nice to have
- Experience in hospitality tech or customer-facing software support
- Basic scripting or coding knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
