Join the pastry team at THE DUCHESS, part of THE ENTOURAGE GROUP, in Amsterdam. As Demi Chef de Partie Pastry, you support the pastry section by preparing mise-en-place and dishes to recipe and quantity. You also step in for the pastry sous chef and help communicate any shortages.

What you will do

  • Prepare mise-en-place freshly and on time
  • Prepare dishes to correct recipe and quantity
  • Deputize for pastry sous chef when absent
  • Communicate anticipated shortages to sous or head chef
  • Study relevant subjects for future advancement
