About the job

Sia is looking for an experienced professional to lead complex transformation projects in Amsterdam. You will develop change strategies, manage stakeholder engagement, and coach client-side change networks while working in a hybrid environment.

What you will do

Lead and manage complex transformation projects
Develop change strategies and governance frameworks
Design stakeholder engagement and readiness evaluations
Build and coach client-side change agent networks
Manage project workstreams, timelines, and budgets
Identify expansion opportunities and support proposal development

What you bring

1-5 years professional experience with at least 3 in management consulting or in-house transformation
Track record delivering change management in complex environments
Experience in financial services
Master's degree in Business Administration, Econometrics, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related field
Fluency in English and Dutch
Eligible to work in the Netherlands

Nice to have

Certification in change management (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR, APMG Change Management)
