Allucent is seeking a VP of Quality Assurance to lead its Quality organization in Amsterdam. In this role, you will shape the strategic vision and operational financial health of the department while overseeing audits and regulatory inspections. You will drive business strategy and process improvements within a hybrid work environment.
What you will do
- Lead strategic vision, operations, and financial health of Quality organization
- Oversee planning, preparation, and execution of customer audits/inspections
- Develop and implement business strategy for Quality department
- Develop and agree on operating procedures and business processes
- Head executive and senior management team meetings
- Review audit reports and support regulatory inspections
What you bring
- Life science, healthcare, or business degree
- Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 12 years in drug development or clinical research
- Thorough knowledge of ICH-GCP, GDPR, FDA, and quality management regulations
- Process-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership, presentation, and networking capabilities
