You will lead client-facing work and drive commercial growth at Innova Market Insights, a specialist in consumer insights. Based in Arnhem, you will develop accounts, convert goodwill into paid projects, and act as senior counsel on consumer insight questions.
What you will do
- Lead client-facing work: capability calls, proposals, pricing input, debriefs, senior-level presentations
- Develop existing accounts and open new conversations, convert goodwill into paid projects and retainers
- Partner with Commercial & Client Lead on commercial strategy, offer development, go-to-market for new products
- Act as senior counsel on consumer insight questions, frame business problems, challenge briefs
- Mentor junior commercial talent in proposal craft, client communication, account thinking
What you bring
- Minimum 5 years in a strong commercial role on the insights/research side
- Solid consumer insights knowledge: credible on methodology, consumer studies, good insight work
- Demonstrable track record of converting opportunities into projects and growing accounts
- Senior client presence: lead conversations with director- and VP-level stakeholders independently
- Excellent English, written and spoken
Nice to have
- Existing network in food, beverage or FMCG insights
- Experience selling or delivering syndicated research, dashboards or subscription insight products
- People-development experience: coaching juniors into client-facing roles
- Additional languages
