About the job
I3d is looking for a Lead Security Analyst to strengthen their security operations. In this role, you will secure cloud infrastructure, respond to incidents, and drive compliance with ISO27001 and NIS2.
What you will do
- Secure Azure, Entra ID, and identity and access setup
- Partner with Workspace Management team on employee and endpoint protection
- Investigate alerts and respond to incidents
- Drive continuous improvement of security tools and processes
- Maintain compliance with ISO27001 and NIS2
- Lead vulnerability management for endpoints and servers
What you bring
- 5+ years securing enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, Intune, Microsoft Defender
- SOC or Blue Team experience with incident response
- Experience with SIEM, SOAR, and detection engineering
- Led vulnerability remediation programs
- Based in Netherlands and willing to work on-site two days a week
Nice to have
- Experience with Wazuh, Sentinel, or Splunk
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CySA+, AZ-500, SC-900
- Familiarity with secure development practices
