Quantware in Delft is looking for a Fabrication Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will operate and maintain cleanroom fabrication equipment and collaborate with R&D to develop and standardize processes.

What you will do

Operate and maintain cleanroom fabrication equipment
Develop and standardize fabrication processes with R&D
Analyze process data to improve yield and reproducibility
Document processes, recipes, and SOPs

What you bring

Experience in industrial or academic cleanroom
Basic knowledge of semiconductor or superconducting device fabrication
Excellent communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented

Nice to have

Bachelor's or master's degree in technical or engineering field
Open and transparent feedback style
Interest in process optimization or scaling production
