Quantware is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Delft. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

What you bring
- 2+ years recruiting in startup or scale-up
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience
- Comfortable with engineering vocabulary
- Crisp written communication
- Calm under time pressure
- Excellent English communication
