About the job

Quantware is seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager to join their team in Delft. In this role, you will develop category strategies and build strong partnerships with suppliers while driving cost optimization and accountability.

What you will do

  • Establish category strategies for direct and indirect spend
  • Build win-win relationships with current suppliers
  • Serve as primary contact for supplier issues and resolutions
  • Define SRM program with KPIs for cost optimization and accountability
  • Own supplier assurance activities with stakeholders
  • Ensure contract excellence with legal and finance teams

What you bring

  • 5-7+ years experience in supplier relationship management for indirect services and direct materials
  • Self-starter motivated by fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiating skills in English
  • Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management
  • Strong expertise in establishing and measuring SRM KPIs
  • Expert in contract negotiation and management, familiar with GDPR, CRA, GPSR, PLD, NIS2, INCO Terms
