Finance Specialist (D/F/M)

QphoX is looking for a Finance Specialist to join their team in Delft. In this role, you will handle the day-to-day financial operations and support reporting processes.
What you will do
- Process supplier and customer invoices, expense claims, and bank transactions in Exact Online
- Prepare supplier payments, monitor receivables, and follow up on overdue invoices
- Support month-end close including reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany entries
- Coordinate monthly payroll administration with external provider
- Assist with management reporting, year-end reporting, and grant/subsidy reporting
What you bring
- 2-5 years experience in Dutch financial administration or assistant controller work
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, preferably Exact Online
- Good understanding of Dutch VAT, invoicing, and basic payroll
- Ability to perform month-end reconciliations and understand balance sheet/P&L
- Experience with AP/AR, supplier payments, and debtor follow-up
- Strong spreadsheet, database, expense management, and payroll software skills
Nice to have
- Relevant finance qualification completed or in progress
