QphoX is seeking an RF Electronics Engineer to join their team in Delft, focusing on the design and development of high-frequency circuits for quantum technology applications. You will work on simulating, designing, and measuring RF components in the SHF band while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers.
What you will do
- Simulate, design, and measure ICs, PCBs, and interconnects for RF signals in the SHF band
- Develop circuitry for impedance matching of electro-optic and opto-electronic converters
- Analyze, summarize, and present results through reports and discussions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers
What you bring
- Master's degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related subject
- 2+ years of industry or applied research experience in RF circuit design, RF systems engineering, or RF test and measurement
- Proven track record in designing high-frequency electronic circuits and interconnects
- Advanced knowledge of EM field solver software like Ansys HFSS, Cadence AWR, SONNET, or COMSOL
- Proficiency in testing microwave devices with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, and spectrum analyzers
- Experience designing analog electronics circuits and PCB-based RF solutions
