In this strategic role, you will develop the business through people, create an empowering environment, and partner with the management team on talent development and succession planning.

What you will do

Lead People & Culture agenda for IKEA Delft
Develop business through people and create empowering environment
Ensure right people and competences through workforce planning and recruitment
Partner with management team on talent development and succession planning
Lead and coach the People & Culture team
Build relationships with co-workers, Works Council, unions, and external stakeholders

What you bring

Experienced People & Culture leader passionate about developing people and organizations
Understands fast-paced retail environment and translates strategy into actions
Strong business partner connecting people and business results
Extensive experience in leadership, talent development, and change management
Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with Works Councils and unions
Fluent in Dutch and English
