About the job

Qualinx in Delft is looking for a Test Engineer to support the development and release of production test solutions. You will develop and debug ATE test programs for wafer sort and final test, and work on silicon characterization and yield improvement.

What you will do

  • Support development and release of production test solutions
  • Develop and debug ATE test programs for wafer sort and final test
  • Support silicon characterization, correlation, and production qualification
  • Analyze test results and production data for yield improvement
  • Work with Design and Product Engineering on test failure root cause analysis
  • Contribute to test time optimization and test coverage improvements

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum five years of experience in semiconductor test engineering or product engineering
  • Semiconductor test development and production test flow experience
  • Experience with wafer sort and/or package level testing
  • Experience with embedded digital interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, SWD, and JTAG
  • Understanding of digital test methodologies including SCAN, MBIST, JTAG, IDDQ, and Flash Memory Testing

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools like MATLAB, JMP, or equivalent
  • Experience with ATPG and vector conversion flows for production ATE
  • Knowledge of Design-for-Test concepts including Scan, MBIST, JTAG, Boundary Scan, and ATPG
  • Experience working with OSATs in NPI and high-volume manufacturing
  • Exposure to WLCSP products, wafer sort, and wafer-level development
  • Experience with test data analysis and yield monitoring tools
