Lefebvre Sdu is looking for an AI Engineer to join the team in Den Haag. In this role, you will build and enhance the agents of GenIA-L and their collaboration, while also maintaining knowledge packages and pipelines. You will work on making quality measurable and developing customer-facing features, collaborating with editors and domain experts.
What you will do
- Building and improving the agents of GenIA-L and their collaboration
- Maintaining knowledge packages and associated pipelines
- Making quality measurable with evaluation sets, observability, and metrics
- Developing features for customers, such as document analysis and search methods
- Collaborating with editors and domain experts
- Testing ideas and alternating AI experiments with back-end development
What you bring
- Several years of experience in software or ML engineering
- Good knowledge of Python and relevant machine learning libraries
- Experience building an LLM application in production
- Practical experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, tool calling, MCP, or similar
- Experience measuring the quality of LLM systems with evaluation sets or observability
- Back-end experience, including REST APIs
Nice to have
- Experience with tools such as MLflow and LiteLLM
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with Postgres
- Experience in legal, fiscal, or other knowledge-intensive domains
