About the job

Robin Radar is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the military aviation sector, focusing on bird-strike prevention and wildlife management radar at airfields worldwide. You will manage key accounts, build long-term relationships, and target new prospects for counter drone protection as a secondary priority.

What you will do

Manage and expand key customer portfolio for bird-strike prevention and wildlife management radar at military airfields
Handle counter drone protection for the same market segment as secondary priority
Serve as main point of contact for worldwide accounts excluding North America
Build long-lasting relationships and establish structured account plans
Target new prospects and grow existing customer base
Drive sales opportunities through meetings, demonstrations, and international trade shows

What you bring

BA or MSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Minimum 8-10 years in business development or account management in international or multi-cultural environment
Deep understanding of military aviation sector and military government procurement processes
Fluency in written and spoken English for business
Analytical, proactive mindset with attention to detail and strong negotiation skills
Willing to travel globally up to 40% for business meetings and industry events

Nice to have

Prior experience with radar technology or aviation infrastructure
Dutch language skills
