About the job

Destinus is looking for a Head of Commercial Programs to drive major commercial initiatives and support executive leadership. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, ensuring alignment across the organization and delivering decision-ready insights.

What you will do

  • Act as chief of staff to the CCO, managing priorities and decision tracking
  • Own leadership rhythm: prepare board and executive materials, run leadership reviews
  • Manage end-to-end programme management of major commercial pursuits
  • Establish governance framework linking programmes to corporate reporting and compliance
  • Coordinate cross-functionally across Business Development, Programme Management, Legal, Finance, Manufacturing
  • Produce decision-ready reporting for executive and board audiences

What you bring

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Programme/Project Management, Engineering, or related
  • 8–12 years of experience in programme management, chief-of-staff, or business management roles
  • Proven track record running complex, multi-stakeholder programmes end to end
  • Experience as chief of staff or senior business-management partner to executive leadership
  • Strong command of programme management tools and methods (RAID logs, stage-gate governance, KPI/dashboard reporting)
  • Fluent in English; eligible for EU security clearance

Nice to have

  • Experience in defense or aerospace industry
