Destinus is looking for a Security & Compliance Manager to oversee physical security across its Dutch facilities. This role involves managing security systems, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with Dutch defense requirements.
What you will do
- Manage physical security across Dutch facilities
- Conduct security risk assessments and implement measures
- Oversee CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems
- Develop incident response and emergency procedures
- Ensure compliance with Dutch defense security requirements
- Coordinate security audits and regulatory inspections
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Security Management or related field
- At least 7 years of relevant security experience
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or regulated environment
- Knowledge of Dutch defense security and classified information protection
- Experience with physical security technologies and service providers
- Fluency in Dutch and English
