About the job
Eye Security is looking for a People Business Partner to join their small People team in The Hague. In this hybrid role, you will coach leaders in security operations and customer support, lead People projects, and handle employee relations cases while applying Dutch labor law.
What you will do
- Coach and advise leaders in security operations and customer support
- Be present on the office floor in The Hague
- Lead People projects from start to finish
- Handle employee relations cases
- Apply Dutch labor law in daily decisions
- Work as part of a small People team
What you bring
- HRBP experience in a scaling tech environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Track record of hands-on project leadership
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Working knowledge of Dutch labor law
- Fluent Dutch and professional English
