Eye Security is a high-growth cybersecurity scale-up with a mission to protect organizations from cyber threats. As a Customer Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of customers, guiding them with tailored strategies and driving growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

What you will do

Own a portfolio of customers and guide them with tailored strategies
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Advocate for customers internally and influence product improvements
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams
Track customer health metrics and transform insights into strategies

What you bring

At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role
Communicates clearly and confidently in both Dutch and English
Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and leading customer conversations
Highly analytical, able to turn data into actionable insights
Experienced with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Customer-obsessed mindset

Nice to have

Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or similar environment
