Eye Security is a high-growth cybersecurity scale-up with a mission to protect organizations from cyber threats. As a Customer Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of customers, guiding them with tailored strategies and driving growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
What you will do
- Own a portfolio of customers and guide them with tailored strategies
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Advocate for customers internally and influence product improvements
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams
- Track customer health metrics and transform insights into strategies
What you bring
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role
- Communicates clearly and confidently in both Dutch and English
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and leading customer conversations
- Highly analytical, able to turn data into actionable insights
- Experienced with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Customer-obsessed mindset
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or similar environment
