Innatera is looking for a People Business Partner to connect business priorities with people solutions in a fast-growing, international tech environment. This hybrid role in Rijswijk focuses on performance, development, compensation, and organizational design.

What you will do

Translate business priorities into people solutions
Manage performance, development, compensation, and organizational design initiatives
Partner with team leads on leadership and team dynamics
Handle employee relations cases including performance and conflict
Ensure compliance with Dutch labor law and policies
Support Works Council coordination

What you bring

Senior HR or People role experience as HRBP or similar
Experience in fast-growing, international, technology-driven environment
Strong coaching and advisory skills
Experience with complex people topics like performance and terminations
Experience running core people processes like performance reviews
Good understanding of Dutch employment law

Nice to have

Master's degree in HR, organizational development, or related field
Experience with organizational development topics
Experience supporting Works Councils
Experience with international labor regulations and hybrid teams
Experience in semiconductor or deep-tech environment
Experience with HR systems and people analytics
