About the job

Eye Security is looking for a Manager Incident Response to lead and develop its team in The Hague. In this role, you will own the quality of the incident response service and step in as a senior escalation point during complex cases.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Incident Response team
  • Manage caseload and people, personally lead complex incidents
  • Own end-to-end incident response service quality
  • Own delivery KPIs and step in to unblock or lead cases
  • Manage on-call and case-lead rostering
  • Act as senior escalation point and incident commander

What you bring

  • 6+ years of hands-on incident response / digital forensics experience
  • Deep knowledge of DFIR methodology, EDR platforms, cloud security, attacker TTPs
  • Proven experience leading or supervising a technical team
  • Strong incident-report writing and review skills
  • Clear, calm, authoritative communication under pressure
  • Fluent English; Dutch required for client-facing work

Nice to have

  • Background in CERT, CSIRT, MDR, or DFIR-focused environment
  • Experience with legal or regulatory exposure cases
  • Scripting/automation experience for investigations
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks like NIS2, ISO 27001, GDPR
