About the job

Eye Security is looking for a Staff AI Security Engineer to join their team in Den Haag. This research-focused role involves expanding Agentic SOC capabilities and developing agentic workflows for vulnerability identification and prioritization.

What you will do

  • Expand Agentic SOC capabilities with SecOps analysts
  • Develop agentic workflows for vulnerability identification and prioritization
  • Translate prototypes into customer-facing tools like browser extensions
  • Assess AI systems for risks such as prompt injection and data leakage
  • Collaborate with principals and internal teams
  • Write technical research and represent externally

What you bring

  • Strong hands-on cybersecurity experience in SOC, incident response, or similar
  • Staff-level technical judgment to independently identify valuable research
  • Demonstrable hands-on interest in AI with LLMs, agents, or RAG
  • Working proficiency in English

Nice to have

  • Prior offensive security experience in pentesting or red teaming
  • Contributions to AI security community like CTF write-ups or conference talks
  • Experience with managed LLM platforms such as Bedrock
