About the job
Formelio is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join their team in Den Haag. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with an agile team to design and build microservices and solve complex interoperability challenges.
What you will do
- Collaborate with agile team during sprint cycles
- Partner with software architects to design new applications
- Build and maintain microservices with latest technology stack
- Implement DevOps pipelines for automated deployments to Kubernetes
- Solve complex interoperability problems with source systems
What you bring
- University degree in computer science or technical field
- At least 5 years of engineering experience
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Experience with Java Spring Boot and Kubernetes
- Team player in multidisciplinary team
- Proactive and independent problem solver
Nice to have
- Good knowledge of Rust or Go
- Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, and Keycloak
- Experience in lead-dev, architect, or engineering management
- Experience in health-tech industry
