About the job

EVERIENCE is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join their team in Den Haag. In this role, you will develop and define solution architectures for projects and business initiatives. You will provide architecture consultancy and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

What you will do

  • Develop and define solution architectures for projects and business initiatives
  • Provide architecture consultancy, technical guidance and assurance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure applications and solutions comply with architecture standards, principles and reference architectures
  • Translate architecture guidelines and standards into practical solutions
  • Identify and solve technical challenges and provide clear technology recommendations
  • Assess existing solutions and identify opportunities to optimise IT systems and applications

What you bring

  • Several years of experience in Solution Architecture, IT Architecture or Technical Architecture
  • Proven experience designing and assuring complex IT or application solutions
  • Experience working with architecture standards, principles and governance
  • Strong understanding of modern IT and technology landscapes
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

  • Experience mentoring or guiding other technology professionals is a plus
  • Experience with architecture modelling and documentation tools such as IBM System Architect, PowerDesigner or ProVision is an advantage
