Robin Radar is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Den Haag. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting candidates for the Operations and Enablement teams, managing the full recruitment cycle, and contributing to employer branding projects.
What you will do
- Source and select candidates for Operations and Enablement teams
- Manage assessment and interview process
- Handle job offers and compliance with Dutch labor regulations
- Track recruitment metrics and improve workflows
- Represent employer brand in candidate interactions
- Participate in recruitment and employer branding projects
What you bring
- BA or HBO degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in international fast-paced environment
- Proven track record sourcing for Operations and Enablement functions
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, job boards, social media sourcing
- Solid understanding of Dutch labor laws and compliance
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills
