About the job

Marktlink Group B.V. is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team in Deventer. In this role, you will handle purchase invoices, prepare payments, and maintain relationships with internal approvers and suppliers.

What you will do

  • Allocate purchase invoices to the right approval flow
  • Book purchase invoices in the accounting system
  • Prepare payment batches
  • Follow up on reminders
  • Maintain relationships with internal approvers and external suppliers

What you bring

  • Secondary vocational education (MBO)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in financial software such as Exact Online
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Availability to work at least 32 hours per week
