B&S International is seeking a Head of Europe Duty Free to lead its European Duty Free and Travel Retail strategy from Dordrecht. In this role, you will build senior-level customer relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive revenue, profit, and market share targets across Europe.

What you will do

Develop and execute European Duty Free and Travel Retail strategy
Build senior-level customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements
Deliver revenue, profit, and market share targets across Europe
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team
Ensure execution of commercial initiatives and promotional programs

What you bring

5+ years commercial leadership in Duty Free, Travel Retail, FMCG, luxury, spirits, beauty, confectionery, or related sector
Proven success leading European Duty Free and Travel Retail businesses
Deep understanding of airport retail, travel retail operators, distributors, and key European markets
Track record of above-market growth
P&L ownership experience and history of leading cross-functional teams
Readiness to travel regularly
