About the job
Flink is looking for a Team Leader to guide order pickers and riders at their location in Capelle aan den IJssel. You ensure service, productivity, and safety during your shift while assisting the branch manager. This hands-on role combines leadership with operational tasks like inventory management and checking the bike fleet.
What you will do
- Guide order pickers and riders
- Ensure service, productivity, and safety during shift
- Assist branch manager
- Lead others and assist riders on site
- Handle inventory and inbound and order picking
- Check bike fleet for damage
What you bring
- Managerial experience as supervisor or in operational role
- Hands-on and enjoys working in operations
- Remains calm and motivates team
- Available for at least 24 hours per week
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
Nice to have
- Experience in logistics, retail, or catering
