About the job
As a Logistics Supervisor at Arvato in Echt, you coordinate daily warehouse operations and ensure KPIs are achieved. You lead team meetings, monitor processes, and coach your team to success.
What you will do
- Coordinating daily warehouse operations
- Ensuring KPIs are achieved
- Leading daily meetings with Team Leaders
- Monitoring and adjusting processes
- Managing staff scheduling with Workforce Planning
- Coaching and motivating team
What you bring
- MBO working level with experience or HBO starter
- Minimum 1 year as Supervisor or 2 years as Assistant Supervisor
- Experience with Excel and ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP
- Good command of English
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Fulltime availability and willingness to work shifts
